Shipping / Handling Policy
  • We can only ship throughout the continental United States at this time.
  • We use Priority Mail through the US Postal Service for smaller, residential packages and UPS ground for all other shipments in the 48 states.
  • Please no PO Box for UPS orders.
  • If any items are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    • Inventory status reports are not available, but we will do our best to respond to email inquiries about inventory.
     
    Damaged Policy
    • Any damaged items will be replaced.
    • Please inspect all shipments upon delivery.
    • We are not responsible for damages reported 15 days or more after the ship date.
    Cancellation Policy
    • If you decide to cancel your order, contact us immediately to find out the status of your order.
    • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.
    • Any refusal of an order upon receipt will not constitute a return.
